They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And whoever they are, they probably have time to enjoy leisurely breakfasts every morning prepared by their personal cooks.

However most teens are in a hurry in the morning and they don’t have time to prepare a nutritious breakfast, let alone eat one. This leads them to overeat later at lunchtime or run out of energy sooner in the day. And gym class? Forget about it!

Well, we’ve been there. And according to our experience, your teacher probably is NOT going to care that you haven’t had breakfast if you’re falling asleep in math class. Here are some quick breakfast ideas for when you’re running out of time and are trying to avoid a convenient yet not-so-healthy-stop at Dunkin Donuts.
